Shipping ~

We were so excited in 2018 to complete our journey to becoming a plastic free business by finally sourcing fully home compostable post satchels. When you receive your parcel from us, you can simply cut the address sticker from your parcel and put it straight into your home compost bin where it will turn back into soil in no time! Alternatively, you can cut your parcel open, put a new address label over the top of your address, seal with tape and re-use the satchel to post something to someone else. The only thing we love more than compostable satchels, is satchels which get used a few times before they go in the compost!

We ship all of our parcels with Australia post and in 9 years of shipping we have only lost one parcel - which ironically was getting posted to an address only a suburb away. All of our domestic parcels are fully tracked and tracking will be emailed to you when your order is shipped.

Our shipping within Australia is a flat rate $9, with all orders over $200 shipped for free. We endeavour to ship all orders within 24 hours however in peak times eg the days following a launch, shipping time can be up to 72 hours. 

Returns & Refunds ~

If you are unhappy with anything you have purchased from us, please let us know. We go out of our way to try and provide really accurate product descriptions, photos and size charts so you know exactly what you are getting when you purchase a pair of our pjs, and we are so proud that we rarely have any items returned to us, other than the odd size swap. If however you are ever unhappy with your purchase, just drop us an email at kate@gatherandmoss.com and we can organise an exchange or a refund.
